About CNCDance
"Together we can make a difference, together we can achieve, so dream to achieve and never look back"
At CNCDance, we’re proud to offer a dance experience that’s truly one of a kind. Since our launch in 2019, we've grown into a trusted and well-loved part of the local community, providing a friendly, inclusive, and inspiring environment for dancers of all ages.
Based in Cradley Heath, West Midlands, we welcome students year-round, from toddlers just finding their feet to adults looking to explore or continue their love of dance. Anyone at any level, from beginners to advanced dancers. Our aim is to provide affordable, high-quality classes that support every student to learn, grow, and achieve both on and off the dance floor.
We offer a wide variety of classes, alongside performance opportunities, workshops, and exciting events throughout the year. Our annual shows are a highlight for many of our dancers and their families. A chance to shine on stage and celebrate their hard work.
Over the years, we've expanded our timetable, welcomed fantastic dance schools, and built strong connections with local businesses and creatives. These steps have helped us continue delivering the very best experience for our dancers.
At CNCDance, we’re more than just a dance company, we’re a community. And nothing makes us prouder than seeing our students grow in confidence, skills, and passion.

We also have a sister company Rise and Realign CIC who is a newly established Community Interest Company based in Cradley Heath, West Midlands. Our purpose is to improve the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of children, young people, and families through accessible dance, gymnastics, aerial hoop, and SEND-friendly activities.
The CIC has been created following the success of CNCDance. Through our experience, we have identified a significant need for affordable and inclusive activities for families facing financial hardship and children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Our aim is to remove barriers to participation by offering subsidised classes, sensory sessions, family support opportunities, and community-based wellbeing programmes.
We are seeking funding to support the launch and first year of operations, covering staffing, venue hire, equipment, training, and programme delivery costs.
